Your tasks will include:
- Repair and maintenance work on engines and gearboxes on ships, as well as on equipment in the stationary field
- Inspection, maintenance, repair, diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Independent work according to drawings, function plans and written instructions
- Participation in on-call duty (but not a must!)
Requirements:
- Successfully completed technical vocational training as a marine engineer, industrial mechanic, agricultural mechanic, construction mechanic, commercial vehicle mechanic, automotive mechanic, or mechatronics technician, respectively

Your duties will include:
- Wiring of power generators primarily for ships at the Rendsburg plant.
- Programming the control system, in accordance with the functions and applicable regulations
- Preparation of measurements and documentation of the services rendered
- Accompanying commissioning at the plant and at the customer’s site at home and abroad
- Fault detection incl. structured root cause analysis and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- completed training in the field of electrics, electronics or mechatronics (proof of qualification as an electrician is mandatory)
- Experience in the construction and/or maintenance of power generators on ships is an advantage (but not a must!)
- Personality who likes to take on new challenges with a confident and engaging demeanor
- driving license class B would also be an advantage
- good knowledge of German and English
